In the Bridged Exchange CRM calendar, employees can quickly see which meetings or calls they have scheduled for that day and a list of tasks that need to get done. Managers can assign leads, tasks or schedule staff meetings from with their application and everything the manager enters will show up inside each employee’s calendar of events. Managers can set access levels for different employees. In the My Preferences tab of the application you can assign administrative rights to certain employees who see everything where as sales, customer service, technical support employees or resellers have restricted access to sensitive company information and can only see what the administrators want them to see.
