When setting up the CRM, many times the data fields are not setup for every business. And because every business is different, there comes a huge need to have the ability to custom create their own field names. Now our CRM application has the ability to custom name the already available fields. Having this functionality coupled with the ability to add custom data fields, CRM users can further customize the contact and client fields with ease.
