The French Wine Merchant has contracted with Bridgeleaf Studios recently to help them with their web presence. Maurice Amiel, founder of The French Wine Merchant, will make available the offerings of small, overlooked vineyards to consumers.
Mr. Amiel notes that he is able to obtain very high quality, distinctive wines from high-quality, reputable sources at very good prices because he will be buying directly from the artisan producer – not from importers and distributors – and will be purchasing a substantial portion of the vineyards’ production.
Bridgleaf has created the ability to search categories on the site and increase exposure online for French Wine Merchants. With the increased exposure, visitors will have the ability to read about a large variety of wines, and see which foods go well with a specific type of wine. Visitors can select an assortment of wines using color, price, regions, and country. Included with the site is additional information for their visitors including Wine education, Ask the Expert, and Food Pairing areas. The French Wine Merchant is located in Greenwich, Connecticut and are currently shipping to specific states within the US.
