Bridgedexchange 3.7 Customized Fields |
In the most recent release of the web based CRM sales management application, we have added in the ability to custom create form fields to collect data in multiple sections of the application. This allows administrators of a group the ability to customize the input and output of data. Another upcoming addition, which is available to all clients, will allow users the ability to map fields from incoming leads to the customized fields created by the group administrator. This will fulfill many customized requests of our clients and open new doors to the possibilities that all of our clients desire.
The fields types that can be added to the system consist of radio buttons for true-false and yes-no questions, checkbox lists, text fields, long text areas, and even drop down menus. There currently is no limit to the amount of fields created which gives our clients the ability to build as many customized fields as they need.
These customizations are important to our clients because many of them have switched from one CRM system over to Bridgedexhange and have requested that additional custom fields be added to allow all the data from one system to transfer over to another seamlessly.
