This custom designed web based solution provides users the ability to send condolences to the family members of the recently deceased. Each section of the site has a pre-planning form to allow users the ability to apply online, making the whole process much easier for the family and a faster way to ensure the applicant is protected against inflation rates.
When users fill out any of the forms, the information is stored inside Bridged Exchange, the web based CRM application that collects all the data and allows the administrators at Bath Naylor the ability to monitor all the site activity and manage leads from multiple websites.
