Even with a very easy to use web based CRM application such as Bridged Exchange there are still times when Help is needed. Bridgeleaf Studios has built an Online Help Guide to help users make the best use of time. Simply click on the "?" next to any of the Section Titles within the application, and a Pop window will appear with a list of matching articles on the particular section you clicked on. If you click the "?" from the "Quick View" section, the Help Menu will be skipped, and the Quick View Articles will be viewed first in a list of related articles on the subject. If the user clicks on the Help button located at the top of the application, the Help Main Menu will pop up.
For customized CRM installs of this application, the Help Menu can be modified and fit to the changes that are customized. This means that every version of Bridged Exchange that is customized also has the Help Files to go with it.
