Bridged Commerce is offered currently as a custom developed application. Since the application is written to handle a large volume of incoming sales, this application has been pre-written to handle all the standard commerce actions. Every cart should not handle exactly the same because all products are different. Different product attributes will cause the application to respond in a different manner each time a different type of product is added to the system. For example, retail clothing and car sales are two completely different types of products. Both can be sold online, but the two products have completely different properties. Retail clothing may have the products available in multiple sizes and colors, where cars are offered in multiple makes and models. Shopping carts need to be able to handle these differences effectively, which is why Bridgeleaf Studios takes the time to analyze your business services and products to determine the best way to offer them online. Setup Plans

Basic - With Bridged Commerce and standard setup, Bridgeleaf Studios will create a shopping cart that allows you to sell your products online. This version Bridged Commerce includes shopping cart templates, order viewing, basic inventory control, content management, auto-response emails, newsletter with online catalog, featured products, and related products. The call center is not included in this version due to the complexity and integration needed. This version of the Bridged Commerce is for a small to medium sized businesses that are just starting out. While still making quite an impact, this shopping cart will ultimately need to be upgraded as your business grows.

CRM, eCommerce & Call Center Suite -Bridgeleaf will create and upload up to 3 online shopping cart and contact forms to your web site. This web based suite contains the ability to manage web site leads, client profiles, and manage online sales orders and customer service through the built in call center along with order information, inventory and shipping. This option is $65.00 per user per month. Bridgeleaf also completes the tagging of all web pages with the Bridged Stats Web Metrics Tracking Software to collect visitors click paths and conversions and matches this information with each lead and sale. This optional Analytics package is $49.95 per month for web sites receiving up to 50,000 page views a month. The overage cost is $0.60 per 1,000 page views beyond 50,000. This option requires a dedicated hosting account, $350.00 per month. Setting up your CRM, Hosting, Analytics storefront Shopping Cart, Bridged Commerce storefront management application, any third party integration inculding POS, Fed Ex or UPS, ERP, IP Telephony or wireless handled or black berry devices must be performed by the Bridgeleaf technical staff and is billed at a rate of $75 per hour.
