Your Meeting, Activity, To do, and Call Back options all have the ability to have date spans. An Example would be a Meeting that takes place in a remote location and last a week long. Simply create an event in the system that has a start date and an end date. The Calendar within the application will then display the proper dates that have been populated with the data.
Setting up your Meetings and Call Backs are at an individual user level. The administrators of the account can collect contacts from web forms and then distribute them to the rest of the users. Custom installs of the application will be modified to fit the processes in place within the organization.
